Clients also agree not to share proprietary processes, pricing, or internal workflows of Reed Collective Co.

Communication & Boundaries

Termination

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments remain due

  • Access to services and materials may be revoked

  • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered

Reed Collective Co is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Outcomes resulting from client decisions or implementation
