As the Founder and Lead Principal Consultant of Reed Collective Co., Shaunsie is known for partnering with founders, organizations, and support teams to sustain the operational systems that allow businesses and mission-driven initiatives to grow, scale, and deliver meaningful impact.
With over 19 years of experience in program administration, and client relations, Shaunsie has spent her career helping organizations streamline workflows, strengthen leadership support, and develop the processes that allow teams, programs, and communities to operate effectively.
Shaunsie is deeply committed to supporting mission-driven organizations and impactful communities, helping create environments where initiatives, programs, and partnerships can grow and thrive. Throughout her work, she has also hosted events designed to bridge gaps for underserved women and children by providing access to education, resources, and supportive networks.
Shaunsie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Marketing and completed Master’s coursework in Public Administration at California State University, Dominguez Hills, and brings over eight years of experience in entrepreneurship alongside her operational leadership background.
As a wife and mother of two, Shaunsie is on a mission to help develop and position founders and teams to win, creating sustainable opportunities not only for themselves, but also for their families and the communities they serve.
